Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my tickets?
All tickets purchased through International Haircolor Exchange by November 2 will be mailed to you. Be sure to include suite numbers and ZIP codes on your order form. After November 2, you may still buy your tickets online in advance, but you must pick up your tickets at the registration booth on the day of the show.

Where will the show be held?
International Haircolor Exchange will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, at 800 West Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92802.

How do I get to the Anaheim Convention Center?
Drive I-5 South and exit Harbor Blvd. South. You’ll see the convention center on your left. Turn left onto Convention Way and follow the signage to parking.

International Haircolor Exchange has reserved a block of rooms at Sheraton Park at the Anaheim Resort. For reservations, call 800.325.3535 or log onto sheraton.com. Who can attend International Haircolor Exchange?
No children under 12 are permitted in the show. Children 12 or older must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a properly licensed professional.
Creative Age Shows are professional events, and proof of licensure may be requested. Students should be able to provide a student ID, school registration receipt or a letter from the school administrator.
A licensed professional may bring one unlicensed companion, but that companion may not purchase professional products.

What do I get with my advance registration?
A general admission ticket includes access to all educational events, panel discussions and certification classes for both days, lunch both days, and the cocktail party Sunday night.

What if I purchase a ticket but can’t attend?
For a full refund, tickets must be mailed back to International Haircolor Exchange, Attn: Registration, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA 91406, by November 2, 2008. A refund may take four weeks to process.
No refunds will be issued after November 2, 2008.

Can you accommodate special needs?
If you have a special need we can address, please contact show manager Mindy Rosiejka at 800.442.5667 by October 27, 2008.
